When pre-ordering together, we combine the needs of several customers for selected fabric qualities and colors.

Once a defined minimum quantity is reached, production will be commissioned.

We successfully used this model in the early years of Lebenskleidung – and are consciously reviving it today in order to operate in an economically responsible and sustainable manner .

Which fabrics are being pre-ordered?

Group or pre-orders are particularly suitable for proven qualities that are regularly in demand.

Typical qualities include:

Mostly in classic colors like black, navy or grey – but new colors can also be made possible if there is sufficient interest.

Time & Schedule

A pre-order typically lasts 2-3 weeks before it closes. Production starts once the minimum quantity is reached.

Guideline values:

  • Overall, you should expect a delivery time of approximately 10-12 weeks
  • Early planning is essential
  • Production time: approx. 8-10 weeks
  • Transport & order picking: approx. 1-2 weeks

COMMITMENT & REALITIES

Once a pre-order has been confirmed and production has started, cancellation is no longer possible.

Only in this way can we ensure that the planned quantities are actually produced and that no one is left with unsold fabric.

Several customers pool their demand for a particular fabric. Production only begins once the minimum quantity is reached.

Generally, minimum order is 10 meters per fabric and color.

How long will it take until I receive the fabric?

Approximately 10–12 weeks from the end of the pre-order phase.

Are the prices lower than for stock items?

Often yes, because lower storage and financing costs are incurred.

Unfortunately not after production has been approved. We will inform you transparently about all conditions beforehand.
