Deadstock items, meaning goods that sit in the warehouse without being sold, are an important issue that has been on our minds for some time. Why? Because, in our view, it cannot be sustainable that fabrics (or anything else into which work, raw materials, ideas, and money have been invested) don't get the chance to be used, worn, and loved.

We therefore proactively inquired with our producers and partners about their deadstock inventory – and this gave us the opportunity to offer deadstock fabrics for the first time in Lebenskleidung's history. These fabrics are high-quality, beautiful, and also very affordable. For several reasons, it is therefore important to us to further expand this area in the future.
