Our organic interlock fabric is surprisingly robust – it's like the big brother of our single jersey. Unlike single jersey, interlock jersey uses two needles to create two front sides, which are then interwoven with the back side, always right-right. The result: The interlock looks the same on both sides and is thicker than our jerseys. Double the strength is simply better – and it looks great too.

A major advantage of our Organic Interlock fabric is its shape-retaining structure, achieved entirely without the addition of elastane. You can pull on our Organic Interlock and tug at it; it will always spring back to its original shape. It's also durable, despite being anything but coarse.
